D&T Miller employs 28 full-time employees, including Supervisors, Crew leaders, plant operators,
truck drivers, diesel mechanic, PE welders, plumbers and general field staff based in Victoria, but
available to work around Australia. Our employees have a wide and varied range of experience they
can bring to any project.
Through our Pre-Project Inductions (PPI) our crews our fully briefed on particular clients technical,
OH&S, Environmental and Quality requirements prior to a project commencing. This process has
enabled the company to become one of the fastest growing and highly commended operations
working in the southern states.
Our crews are tailored to suit the needs of your project; to ensure the most efficient, cost effective and
productive outcomes, led by a strong management system, support and structure.
Dean Miller: Managing Director
- • Responsible for commercial matters and business development
- • Holds some 20 years experience in the gas network operations
- • Successfully built gas pipelines in the Murray Valley Towns project
- • Holds some 18 years experience in the water, sewer , drainage reticulation & irragation works
- • Holds some 10 years experience in the construction of subdivisions, road construction
- • Currently involved in the Food Modernisation project installing meters for Future Flow and gates for
Underground Construction
Jim Connelly: Operations Manager
- • Holds some 30 years gas network operations, maintenance and construction experience in the Australian gas industry
- • Miller’s Operations Manager, and currently Project Manager for the Future Flow metering project
- • Successfully managed the major fibre-optic project (800km rollout) for the N.S.W. Rail Access Corporation in 2000
- • Completed successful pipeline projects in South East Asia.
